R&D OFFICE OF THE BUDAPEST UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND ECONOMICS
The essential aim of the R&D Office is to improve the university's research and development activities. Our main goal is to manage and coordinate national and international projects at the University. The R&D Office provides the following services:
- follow up national and international R&D calls
- disseminate information on R&D calls, sources of funding
- contact with researchers, advice on R&D proposals, how to apply, advice on contracts (administrative, financial, legal issues)
- contact with national and international R&D Offices, universities, research institutions, ministries, etc.
- organize information days, training courses and workshops for researchers
- participate in national and international science conferences and information days
- edit R&D handbooks, R&D Newsletter, Research News of the BME
- provide assistance in partnersearch
- service statistical data about the R&D projects at the University
BME can offer partnership on the following research areas:
- information technology
- material sciences, nanotechnology
- environmental research
- biotechnology
- pharmaceutical research
- food research
- automotive and traffic control, in design and implementations of safety (fail safe, fault tolerant) computer controlled systems
- biomedical engineering
- economy and social science
- transportation
